Does MSDG provide direct access to consultants?
We require our consultants to work through MDSG and maintain a non-competitive relationship with any of our clients. Direct interaction with our team is part of any project we're on, as to ensure our experts oversee the delivery of accurate information.
How do I get a direct referral?
In order to manage all our clients effectively, we currently accept projects from any region in North America on a case-by-case basis via referral. If you are connecting to our website from a region that we are targeting, you will be presented with additional contact options.
What is the minimal project scope requirement?
Molloy DSG focuses on big picture projects that have realistic potential for long-term sucess. Your project must have a clear objective that is smart, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Scope and constraints must be clearly defined; important considerations are roles in the project, budget and resources, and deliverables. When these concepts come together as a strong project plan, Molloy Digital Services Group is your choice for getting it done.
Does MDSG sell any software?
All software provided by MDSG is distributed on a licensed basis typically under a support contract. We have three software packages available in the web application space. During the relationship establishment phase of a new website or technical project, we will offer specific details if applicable.
What licensing rights does Molloy DSG retain in terms of bootstrap software use?
Client is granted a license to operate, but not modify, MDSG provided source code unless otherwise agreed; this is standard industry practice. Source code added to our libraries or boostrap software must be defined in a licensing agreement separately, formally. MDSG holds copyright to all forms and versions of our libraries and bootstrap software under all circumstances. Clients are not authorized to distribute, copy, sell, or transfer ownership the MDSG bootstrap software or libraries without formal agreement of Molloy Digital Services Group.
What licensing rights does Molloy DSG retain for creative works?
Molloy DSG retains all copyright for creative works produced for a client, granting a limited use lifetime license for design derivatives, including color palettes, content layout postioning, content flow, DOM layout concepts, palette coordination, call-to-action design, and provided written content. Client is prohibited from copying or duplicating all derivatives of these concepts without agreement from Molloy DSG. Client is prohibited from transferring management of derivative creative works to another design firm. Client may not remove credit from derivative works of Molloy DSG.
What's with the AI art?
I have several choices here: 1) use no art, 2) go out and take photos, 3) purchase stock photos, 4) use stock artwork instead, or 5) provide a comedic goofy image made by a computer.
